6. Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) - A condition that can occur after experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event, characterized by intrusive memories, flashbacks, nightmares, and hypervigilance.
Treatment for anxiety disorder may include a combination of therapies including talk therapy, lifestyle changes. it is important to seek help from a professional therapist, if you are experiencing persistent symptoms of anxiety or facing problem doing daily activites.
